Richard DeGraff - President and founder of the company. Has over 40 years of experience in the metal building industry. Richard worked as Traffic Manager, Overseas Project Manager and Sales Manager for large metal building manufacturers before starting DeGraff Development in 1987.

 

Arlene DeGraff - Vice President of the company.
 
Chad DeGraff - Vice President of Sales, joined the company full-time in 1999 upon graduation from Chico State University with a degree in Business Administration.

 

Shawn Hemiller - Project Manager, contributes over 10 years of project scheduling experience and construction knowledge to DeGraff Development.

 

Daniel Warren - Lead Designer/Project Manger; with 10 years of design experience using both 2D and 3D software. 
 
Barbara - Secretary with over 20 years of construction experience

Jana Bear - Accountant / Secretary with over 17 years of experience.
 
Rick Buhl  - Site foreman/superintendant with over 10 years of steel building and construction experience.

 

Aaron Santos - Foreman with 10 years of metal building experience and construction knowledge
