Here at DeGraff Development we are devoted to designing and constructing a building that meets our clients vision, while keeping in mind their budgetary requirements. We take pride in our buildings, and make every effort to ensure that they are functional, meet all State and Local code requirements, and are visually pleasing.

Working with our clients we review their needs and ideas, and then together develop a building layout that meets these expectations. With these basic layouts and using 3D software we are able to provide the clients with a representation of the final product. Once everyone is satisfied, our design team then takes the basic drawings to the next level and creates the final working drawings.
